    • Use the second calculator to determine how much meat (in ounces, pounds, grams, or kilograms) you need to eat daily. This assumes an average of 25% protein content in meat.
  2. Egg Calculation:
    • See how many eggs you need to eat to meet your daily protein goal (with 6 grams of protein per egg).
